Offshore Containers
Mayfly containers are recognised as being the largest producer of offshore containers in Europe.
The offshore containers are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of D.N.V (Det Norske Veritas, The Norewegian Classification Society) Certification notes 2.7-1 or EN 12079 (The European standard approved by CEN the European Committee for Standardisation).
Designs are approved by D.N.V. or Lloyds Register to the requirements of D.N.V CN 2.7-1 or EN 12079 with third party inspection and survey being a requirement of the approval.
The containers undergo scrutinisation and NDE (Non Destructive Examination) by our in house team of inspectors prior to the third party inspection.
